If You’re Considering Atabey
If you are on the fence about continuing as an Apex member after August 1, you are welcome to move to Atabey. Reach out to Andrew before August 1 to make the transition.
Before you decide: transitioning from Apex to Atabey means restarting the Apex approval and invitation process from the beginning. You may be invited back — but no guarantee can be made. This is not a pause. It is a restart.
Guest Policy — Effective August 1
Your Monthly Allowance
Apex members receive 4 complimentary guest admissions per calendar month. Passes reset on the 1st and do not roll over. Additional guests beyond your monthly allowance are $35 per guest.
How Check-In Works
All guests must check in at the front desk before entering any private lounge. Your guest will receive a guest coin to keep visible in front of them — this is how staff identifies guest status. We recommend checking your guest in before they arrive if you can.
To check in a guest, staff will need: their name, phone number, and email. After each guest use, you will receive an automated email confirmation so you can track your remaining passes for the month.
The hosting member must be present at check-in and must remain on the premises while their guest is using the lounge.
Visit Limits Per Guest
- The same guest may visit no more than once per calendar month — regardless of who is hosting them.
- The same guest may visit no more than six times in a rolling 12-month period. After six visits, membership is required.
- Changing hosts does not reset a guest’s visit count. The limit follows the guest, not the member.
Apex guests are Apex-only and non-members only.
No other membership tier may enter the Apex Lounge as a guest — through a guest pass or by paying the $35 fee. This is what Apex members have asked for. We are delivering it.
As an Apex member, you have access to the entire building. Every room is available to you. You are always welcome to join friends in Atabey, the Visionary Lounge, Private Patio, or any common area.
Family Access
Your immediate family does not use guest passes and is not subject to guest visit limits.
- Spouse or fiancé(e) and parents may access the lounges included with your membership — even when you are not present.
- Sons and daughters may access when you are with them.
- Extended family (siblings, cousins, etc.) are always welcome but are treated as standard guests under the guest policy.
What It Means to Be an Apex Member
Apex is not a title. It is a standard. With the new class launching August 1, here is what we expect from every member in this room:
- You are a culture setter — and you understand that responsibility.
- You are a community creator — you welcome guests as though they are already one of ours.
- You represent the very best of the ICC family through action, not words.
- You have each other’s backs.
- You are active and engaged in our programming and events.
- You arrive with purpose, and are prepared to make a positive impact.
Going forward, we reserve the right to transition Apex members who are not illustrating these values. This group is too important and this membership is too valuable to allow one person to diminish the experience for everyone else.
