Ironroot Cellar Reserve — ICC Cigar Blend · 750ml

A four-grain Texas straight bourbon whiskey — corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley — finished across three barrels: American white oak, French wine cask, and a secondary finishing barrel that rounds the profile and integrates the layers. 107 proof. 53.5% ABV. On the nose: dark fruit, vanilla, and a hint of dried tobacco. The palate opens with caramel and baking spice before giving way to a mid-palate richness — toasted oak, dark cherry, and a warmth that builds deliberately. The finish is long, dry at the edges, and lingers in a way that complements rather than competes with tobacco.

That finish is not an accident. Ironroot Republic co-founder and head distiller Jonathan Likarish built this expression alongside master blender Luciano Meirelles over 18 months — adjusting the whiskey profile in direct response to the cigar being developed alongside it. The ICC barrel at Ironroot Republic has "ICC CR" written on it because it was designated for this project from the beginning. Every refinement to the whiskey was evaluated against the cigar. Every adjustment to the cigar was evaluated against the whiskey.

The Cellar Reserve ICC Cigar Blend is not a barrel pick. It is a four-grain, three-barrel Texas bourbon built intentionally to work with one specific cigar — the only collaboration of its kind we know of.
