Its smooth, reddish Ecuadorian Habano wrapper cloaks an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and a Nicaraguan and Peruvian filler. When developing the blend for The Dreamer, Luciano Meirelles, the CEO and co-founder of Luciano Cigars, wanted to craft a cigar that will allow aficionados to dream up new ideas and make them a reality.
