Drywall Nearly Complete

Our space is more than walls, but it's a pretty big deal when those walls are 95% complete. The drywall is up, and the space is taking shape, showcasing the contours of what will soon be a timeless venue. This milestone allows us to visualize the floor plan clearly and paves the way for the many final touches still to come.

Wainscoting in Atabey Private Lounge

The World's First Atabey Private Lounge is getting a facelift with the installation of wainscoting. This classic design element brings a blend of sophistication and tradition to the lounge, perfectly aligning with the atmosphere we aim to cultivate. It’s more than woodwork; it’s a symbol of the quality and attention to detail that you can expect from ICC.

Electrical Inspections Green-Tagged

In any construction project, safety and functionality are paramount. We're thrilled to announce that our electrical inspections have been green-tagged. This critical approval ensures that all our systems meet rigorous safety standards, setting the stage for all the technology and lighting that will make our space state-of-the-art.

Fire Suppression System

Fire and cigars may go hand in hand, but safety is always our top priority. Our fire suppression system is fully installed and operational, ensuring that the environment remains not only luxurious but also secure.

Next week promises to be thrilling as we kick off the wallpaper and paint phase. The aesthetic choices we’ve made here will contribute to the warm, inviting atmosphere that ICC is known for. And let's not forget about Fuselage Parlor & Kitchen; the intricate woodwork for its custom bar and barrel ceiling will soon commence, setting the stage for this culinary journey we can’t wait to share with you.
