Age & Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to access or use our sites, receive our communications, enter our lounges, or take part in tobacco-related promotions or content.
  • We use age-gating and may require government-issued ID onsite. If we cannot verify age, access will be denied.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers for payments, scheduling, ticketing, identity verification, shipping, messaging, analytics, and advertising. Their terms and privacy notices apply in addition to ours.

Purchases, Billing & Memberships

  • Pricing & Availability. Prices, taxes, fees, and availability can change. Orders are subject to acceptance and verification.
  • Payment Plans. Where offered (e.g., limited 3-pay options for eligible members), installments will bill as disclosed at checkout. Missed payments may cancel reservations or benefits.
  • Memberships. Apex, Atabey, Visionary, and other tiers have separate benefits and rules. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and subject to lounge policies and capacity.
  • Shipping & Pickup. Some items are pickup-only due to regulatory or quality considerations. Shipping restrictions may apply by state.
  • Returns. For perishable or consumable goods, all sales are generally final unless required by law. See posted return/issue-resolution policy at checkout.
  • Serialized & Limited Items. For limited or serialized products, number selection is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing or at checkout.

Events, Photography & Conduct

  • Code of Conduct. We maintain a respectful environment. We may refuse service or remove any guest for policy violations.
  • Recording Notice. ICC may photograph, film, or livestream events. By entering, you grant ICC the right to use your likeness in connection with the event and ICC communications, without further notice or compensation, to the extent permitted by law. If you have concerns, speak with staff before the event begins.
  • Guest Content. You are responsible for content you create or share on our premises or platforms. Do not capture others in a way that violates their privacy or our rules.

Intellectual Property

  • All site content, marks, logos, images, menus, and designs are owned by ICC or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
  • Third-party brand names and marks (e.g., Atabey, Alfonso, Meerapfel, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and used with acknowledgment or license.
  • If you submit feedback or ideas, you grant ICC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.

Disclaimers & Liability Limits

  • Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • To the extent allowed by law, ICC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
  • In all cases, ICC’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to ICC for the relevant product or service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflicts principles. Venue and exclusive jurisdiction lie in state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. You and ICC waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Summary

  • We collect data you provide, data from your use of our sites and lounges, and limited data from partners to run ICC safely and well.
