We’re proud to welcome Lydia Marruffo as ICC’s Director of Operations.

Lydia will oversee daily operations across our cigar lounge, bar, and kitchen, with a focus on consistency, communication, and training. Her role is foundational: supporting the team so they can deliver the kind of hospitality that feels effortless to our guests.

What sets Lydia apart is how she leads. She brings a calm, steady presence, a championship-level work ethic, and deep respect for the small details that shape great experiences. She understands that hospitality is felt before it’s explained—and that structure behind the scenes is what allows warmth and authenticity to shine out front.
