We opened ICC with a simple goal: to create a cigar lounge unlike any other. What we built — with you — is something far greater than a lounge. It's a community. A culture. And by the judgment of the Premium Cigar Association, the best cigar lounge in the world.

That recognition belongs to you as much as it does to us. You built this with us, you showed up, you brought people in, and you raised the standard of what this place is every day you walked through the door.

With that recognition comes a responsibility. Our responsibility is no longer simply to be the best cigar lounge in Frisco — it's to deliver an experience worthy of being recognized as the best in the world. That takes investment. It takes the right people, the right environment, and the right infrastructure.

In nine years, we have never raised membership pricing. Our combined operating costs have increased 321% since we opened — and we absorbed every dollar of it. We reinvested over $1.5 million into the lounge, held the line on your rate, and kept building.

On August 1, 2026, that changes — for the first time in nine years. The numbers behind this decision are on this page. We wanted you to see them.

Since opening in 2017, ICC has absorbed every cost increase rather than pass it on to members. Here is what that actually looked like — and what this adjustment, after nine years, actually amounts to.

Combined operating expenses — rent, staffing, facilities, and infrastructure — have increased 321% since we opened. That's a compound rate of +17.3% per year. We absorbed every dollar of it.
Reinvested Into the Lounge

Since 2017, ICC has reinvested over $1.5 million into the lounge — buildout, renovation, private spaces, HVAC, technology, and the team required to operate at this level. An average of $167,000 per year put back into your experience.
Membership Rate Change

In nine years, membership rates did not increase once. We lowered them during our 2024 expansion. The rate you've been paying reflects 2017 pricing in a 2026 operation.

Annualized rate reflects the net effective monthly cost after store credit, compared to the original 2017 rate, spread over nine years. Our operating costs compounded at +17.3% per year over the same period.

Atabey members receive $15/mo and Apex members receive $25/mo in lounge credit, automatically loaded on the 1st of every month. Redeemable on cigars, beverages, or anything in the lounge. In-store only — no rollover.

The fully refreshed outdoor patio is now exclusively for Atabey and Apex members. Open air, full service, the same exceptional standards as the rest of ICC.

New Rates Go Live
All active memberships renew at the updated rate. Monthly in-lounge credits begin issuing on the 1st of each month. Locker included in Visionary from this date forward.

New Member Initiation Fee
New members joining on or after August 1 are subject to an initiation fee at Atabey and Apex tiers. Current members are grandfathered — no initiation fee, ever.

Do I need to do anything before August 1?
No action is required. Your membership will automatically renew at the new rate on August 1. If you'd like to switch to annual billing before then, reach out to Andrew.
I'm a Visionary member with a locker. Am I paying more or less?
Less. Visionary was $59/mo base + $15/mo locker = $74/mo total. Your new all-in rate is $60/mo with locker included — a $14/mo decrease.
How does the monthly in-lounge credit work?
On the 1st of every month, credit is automatically loaded to your member account — $15 for Atabey, $25 for Apex. Use it on cigars, beverages, or anything in the lounge. In-store only, no rollover. You'll receive an email each month with your credit details.
Will my Bottle Concierge pricing change?
No changes to Bottle Concierge pricing at this time.
What is the initiation fee for new members?
New members joining on or after August 1 will be subject to an initiation fee at Atabey and Apex tiers. As a current member, you are grandfathered — no initiation fee, now or ever.
Why now, and why this much?
ICC has not raised membership pricing in nine years. In that time, our combined operating costs increased 321% — a compound rate of +17.3% per year. We reinvested over $1.5 million into the lounge and absorbed every cost increase rather than pass it on. This is the first adjustment since we opened in 2017. After the monthly in-lounge credits we're returning to Atabey and Apex members, the net effective annualized increase is +0.86%/yr for Atabey and +2.77%/yr for Apex — against operating costs that grew at more than six times that rate. We held the line as long as we could. This keeps us building at the level you expect.
